Screwless drive
World-pioneering EDM featuring linear motor drive that offers higher responsivity and positioning accuracy than conventional ball screw drive. The screwless drive eliminates the need for ball screws and achieves high accuracy over many years with no twisting or wear in the drive mechanism components.
Enhanced Work Efficiency
The machining fluid pumping time is significantly reduced to improve the work efficiency and wiring from peripheral units is concentrated around the control panel to reduce the daily workload. Also simplification in maintenance is achieved by adding the front cover to the filter box and realizing user-friendly construction which can improve productivity.
High-Speed Automatic Wire Threader
The proprietary wire tension servo mechanism ensures highly accurate and stable machining. Moreover, the high-speed automatic wire threader (FJAWT) incorporating a wire straightening function achieves high wire threading rate. This enables reduction in working hours and permits high-speed unmanned operation over long periods.
